Partial Payment Policy

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) so you can order without paying the full amount upfront.

How partial payment works

Advance payment (online): you pay a small part of your order at checkout to confirm it.
Balance (later): you pay the rest online before delivery, or in cash to the delivery agent.

What you pay upfront

The advance is 10% of your order value plus the shipping charge shown at checkout. For example, on an order of ₹1,000 with ₹99 shipping, you pay ₹199 online now and ₹900 on delivery.

This advance is non-refundable. It covers payment processing and the cost of shipping your order out.

Paying the balance

Online: pay by UPI, card, wallet or bank transfer using the payment link we send by email or SMS.
Cash on delivery: pay the balance in cash to the delivery agent.

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed only once the advance payment succeeds. You will then receive an email or SMS with your order summary, the advance payment receipt, the balance due, and instructions to pay online if you prefer.

At the time of delivery

Inspect the package before paying the balance.
Refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged or tampered with.
If you have already paid in full online, nothing is due — simply accept the order.

If you refuse or do not accept delivery

If you refuse the order at delivery, or the order is returned to us undelivered, the advance payment — the 10% plus the shipping charge — is not refunded. That amount has already been spent on shipping the order to you.

After two failed delivery attempts the order is cancelled automatically. The advance is forfeited. If you had already paid the balance online, that balance is refunded.

Cancellations and refunds

Advance payment: non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Balance paid online: fully refundable if you cancel before dispatch; not refundable after dispatch.
Refunds on COD orders, where applicable, are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Discount codes

Discount coupons and promotional offers may not apply to orders placed using Partial Payment, unless stated otherwise. The advance amount stays the same either way.
