Product Nature Disclaimer

All perfume decants sold on our website are hand-filled from original, authentic perfume bottles. Due to the manual decanting process, minor variations in fill level, bottle alignment, or labeling may occur. This does not affect the quality, authenticity, or performance of the fragrance.


Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes and decanted fragrance products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Eligible Case — Damaged or Leaked on Arrival

A replacement or refund (at our discretion) will be considered only if all conditions below are met:

  1. The product is received in a damaged, leaked, or broken condition

  2. A clear, continuous unboxing video is provided
    (video must start from the sealed package and show the product clearly)

  3. Original outer packaging and product packaging are intact

  4. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Claims that do not meet all the above conditions will not be entertained.


Not Eligible for Return / Refund

The following cases are strictly not eligible:

  • Dislike of fragrance or scent profile

  • Performance, longevity, or projection expectations

  • Personal preference or blind-buy dissatisfaction

  • Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, slight bottle variation, label alignment)

  • Partial usage, tampered, or opened products

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Orders without unboxing video proof


Important Notes

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.

  • Our decision regarding damage claims will be final and binding.
