The middle turns warmer with ginger and nutmeg, and the base is where Chanel's quality shows: incense and dry woods rather than the flat ambroxan that most modern blues rely on. This is the Eau de Parfum — the middle concentration. It is warmer and longer-lasting than the original EDT (which is brighter and more citrus-forward but fades faster) and less woody-heavy than the Parfum.
