What it actually smells like

Elixir trades the original's bubblegum sweetness for spice and smoke. Cardamom and nutmeg open it dry and warm, elemi adds a resinous edge, and then pimento and leather arrive in the heart — this is where it stops smelling like a young person's fragrance. Lavender keeps it aromatic, and the base is vanilla and patchouli over labdanum and rock rose, warm and slightly smoky. Same family as 9PM, considerably more serious.
